VMC milling
Three and four-axis machining for brackets, manifolds and housings, up to 600 × 400 mm.
Finishing, through partners
Zinc plating, anodising, passivation and heat treatment by approved local partners, inspected on return.

Material checked on arrival
Every bar is matched to its mill certificate before it reaches a machine.

The first part of each batch is measured in full and approved before the batch runs.

Critical dimensions are gauged at set intervals, and every check is logged.

Final inspection, report in the crate
A sample from each batch is measured on our CMM; the report ships with the parts.
