It's the same system. With Own it, you pay once for the build, own it outright, and a small monthly fee covers running it, fixes and small updates. With We run it, you pay a setup fee and then a monthly fee, and we watch it, tune its answers and keep it current as your business changes.
Usually, yes. It's a small piece of code added to your site, whoever built it. We check your site first and confirm it in your proposal.
Like any AI, it can. That's why it answers only from your approved list, hands over when it isn't sure, and saves every conversation so you can see what it said. Tell us and we correct its answers.
Yes. The three Buildlane plans are stages of the same site. If you start on Starter and move to Business or Pro later, you pay only the difference between the two prices.
In stages. You pay for each stage before it starts, and the site goes live once the last payment has cleared. You pay by card through a secure payment link.
You do. The domain, the code and every account we set up are in your name. If you ever stop working with us, you keep all of it.
Pages. Starter covers 500 pages a month and Growth 2,000. A PDF page, a slide or a spreadsheet tab counts as a page; a photo or a Word file counts as one. At the limit it pauses until the month resets, or you move up. It never bills extra on its own.
Only your team. Documents are read on our own server, by open-source software we run ourselves, and never sent to an outside AI company or used to train anyone's model. Each business has its own walled-off workspace, and you can delete any document at any time.
